Replacement Tenant Accepted
<p>1. Outside of the cooling off period outlined above, you may request to cancel your accommodation contract by e-mail to them. A Termination of Tenancy payment of <strong>£75.00 </strong>will apply which they may deduct. You will be required to find a suitable replacement tenant, reasonably acceptable to the property, to take over your accommodation contract.</p> <p>2. The property will use reasonable endeavors to help you to find a replacement tenant but cannot guarantee that a replacement will be available. They will assist in finding a replacement tenant, but this will only apply when all other rooms in the property are occupied.</p> <p><strong>Please note: </strong>You remain responsible for all rent due as defined in your accommodation contract until a replacement tenant has been found for your accommodation. Singer Hall has honestly been one of the best choices for my stay in Coventry. The ensuite rooms are spacious, clean nd well maintained definitely worth the price you pay. The management team is friendly and always quick to sort out any issues which makes the experience stress free.
